Another member of the fried rice family ~ ~ for one person ~
Step1:Put the dried shrimps and scallops in cold water for 20 minutes to thaw. After washing, cut the shrimps into small sections after removing the shrimps' intestines. Divide the scallops into two parts; shred the shallots; dice the kidney beans; break the eggs. Mix in the rice. Mix well. Set aside.
Step2:Put starch and salt in shrimps and scallops. After grasping, let go of the water and blanch. Take out.
Step3:Open fire. Heat the wok. Pour in the oil. After the oil is hot, stir fry the onion.
Step4:Pour in the kidney beans and stir fry for 12 minutes. Be sure to fry them well.
Step5:Add shrimps and scallops. Stir fry. Add salt.
Step6:Put in the rice mixed with eggs. Stir fry over low heat.
Step7:When it's done, turn off the heat and finish.
