It's very easy to boil meatballs with white gourd. There is one thing I want to say - don't worry too much when mixing the stuffing. Take 5 minutes more to get tight and smooth meatballs. The meat stuffing I bought is still not finely ground. Before I make the meatballs, I will use a small wooden stick or rolling pin for mashing garlic to mash the meat stuffing for three or five minutes to make the meat stuffing more delicate. After putting green onion and ginger rice in the meat stuffing, stir it with a wooden stick and mash it at the same time. In this way, the ginger rice can be ground up a little more, so as not to eat the ginger when eating the balls.
Step1:Cut ginger and scallion into finely chopped ginger and scallion rice.
Step2:I don't want to put anything in the meat stuffing. First, use a small wooden stick to pound garlic for three or five minutes to make the meat stuffing more delicate.
Step3:Put green onion and ginger rice in the meat stuffing. Mix it with a wooden stick and pound it at the same time. In this way, you can grind the ginger rice to a little bit more finely.
Step4:Put 1 egg, 1 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, pepper and salt in the meat filling.
Step5:Wash the wax gourd and remove the skin and flesh.
Step6:Cut the wax gourd into 5mm thick pieces.
Step7:Make a pot of clear water. Turn the water to a small heat. Put in the balls with a spoon.
Step8:Put the meatballs in the pot. Turn the heat to medium high. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Step9:When the balls are all floating, put them in the wax gourd slices. Cook for a few minutes.
Step10:Look at the wax gourd turned into translucent, then pour salt and sesame oil. Turn off the heat and sprinkle some pepper. Cut some coriander and put it into the soup. Then you can enjoy it.
