In order to deal with the Chinese chives at home, I made this four fresh Chinese chives box. The stuffing inside is very rich. I put eggs, Chinese chives, sea rice, vermicelli and black fungus. I have enough stuffing. The leek pot has a bulging stomach. It's very enjoyable to eat.
Step1:Break up the eggs. Add a little salt. Put the oil in the pot. Heat the oil and then put the egg liquid. Quickly stir with chopsticks and fry them into pieces.
Step2:Soak Haimi in hot water for one hour in advance. Drizzle it for standby. Soak black fungus in advance (it's better to use boiled water to water it).
Step3:Boil the vermicelli in boiling water and cut it into pieces. Cut the Haimi and the eggs. Cut the leek into small pieces. Cut the black fungus into pieces. Put these into a basin.
Step4:Cut scallion and ginger. Put oil in the pot. Add scallion and ginger and saute. Pour the fried oil into a basin filled with leeks and vermicelli. Add some salt and dumpling stuffing. Mix well.
Step5:Add some boiling water to the flour, mix it with chopsticks, cool it and add some water to make a soft dough.
Step6:Cut into several dosage forms, roll them into pieces, pack stuffing, knead them, and make lace.
Step7:Use a pan. Rub a little rape. Heat the oil and put it into the green body. Fry until both sides are golden.
