Change the pattern to make staple food. With the fresh milk and noodles at home, I made a pot of flower rolls as big as eggs. It's lovely and delicious. Ha ha It's a waste, too. A small pot. All three people eat it up. This time I use baking powder. After Kwai Fu, I'll be ready for half an hour.
Step1:Beat the flour and mix well.
Step2:Warm the milk in a milk pot. Then pour it into the flour.
Step3:And into a soft dough. Half an hour.
Step4:In half an hour, roll the dough into big pancakes. The thinner the better. Coat with salad oil. Sprinkle with salt.
Step5:Roll up. Cut into 1 cm wide noodles.
Step6:Two in a row.
Step7:Put cold water into the steamer. Steam for 15 minutes after boiling.
Step8:It's cooked. It's a delicious and lovely little flower roll.
Cooking tips:The amount of milk depends on the dry humidity of the flour. You can make the noodles softer than the dumpling noodles. I used about 160g of milk to cook half a kilo of flour.
