Step1:Remove scales, gills and intestines of the living fish after slaughter. Wash and filter the water. Use a knife to make a few cuts on the fleshy parts on both sides of the fis

Step3:Put on ginger slices
Step4:Put water in the steamer and boil it. Put the fish on the steamer rack. Cover the steamer and steam for 8 minutes (the time depends on the size of the fish)
Step5:Turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes, take out the fish, pour out most of the soup, remove the ginger slices, put on the shredded green onion, pour on the steamed fish and soy sauce
