Step1:Wash the beef brisket in clear water. Put it into a cold water pot with ginger slices and blanch it. Remove the froth and drain the water. Peel radish, wash and cut into pieces.
Step2:Heat up the oil. Heat up the oil and stir fry the ginger slices and dried red pepper. Stir fry the beef brisket and add the water. The water volume is not more than the ingredients. Turn to medium low heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step3:Cut down the cut radish. Stew until the meat is rotten and the radish is cooked (about 30 minutes). Add some salt and black pepper to taste. Then cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle the coriander outside the pot.
