Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash the spareribs with running water and chop them into 5 cm long segments. Then boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the foam and drain the water for use.

  2. Step2:Wash potatoes and carrots. Peel them. Cut them into hobs
