I didn't finish a few croissants yesterday. They were just used for breakfast this morning. Simple, fast and healthy.
Step1:Mix all accessories (excluding ketchup).
Step2:Put a little oil in the pan. Pour in the eggs. Fry until golden on both sides. Never fry too long. Keep the eggs tender and smooth.
Step3:Cut the egg and put it in the croissant. Squeeze in the ketchup. Serve with a glass of orange juice. Enjoy
