It's most comfortable to drink lamb chop soup in winter. I have to admit that I'm a turnip controller. It's delicious. Since I first tried this method three years ago, it's out of control. Every winter, I have to send some radish and mutton chop soup.
Step1:Wash lamb chops; cut radish into pieces; cut sugarcane into small pieces; wash tangerine peel.
Step2:Put water in the pot and heat ginger slices until there is a small bubble beside the pot. Pour in lamb chops and cooking wine. Bring to boil until froth. Remove and wash with cold water. Drain.
Step3:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the tangerine peel and ginger slices. Stir fry the lamb chops. Stir in some water, sugar cane, dried pepper and cooking wine. Bring to a boil in a hot pot. Simmer for an hour.
Step4:Take out the tangerine peel and sugarcane. Pour in the radish and cook for about half an hour.
Step5:Season with salt. Stir in a little peanut oil and simmer for five minutes. Put in coriander.
Cooking tips:In order to remove the smell of mutton, dried pepper can improve the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
