It's made by my mother. It's super delicious.
Step1:Marinate the washed yellow croaker with cooking wine, soy sauce and pepper for 10 minutes.
Step2:Medium hot pot. Wipe the pot with ginger slices. Pour some oil not too much. Continue to medium heat. After the oil is hot, put the ginger slices in. Then put the yellow croaker in. Fry on both sides until golden. Set aside. Leave oil at the bottom of the pot.
Step3:Put the bean paste in the pot and stir fry twice. Add the onion, ginger, garlic and peppers to stir fry the flavor. Put the fried fish in. Warm the water until it's not over the fish. Put in the pepper seeds. A little sugar. Add a few drops of soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step4:In the middle, turn both sides for one or two times. When there is a little left in stewed soup, pour in a little vinegar. Then collect the juice over high heat. Out of the pot.
