This is the first time I make dumplings by myself. To be honest, I didn't expect that making dumplings is simpler than I thought. As for flour, I'm used to eating white flour. It's really different to eat corn flour full of corn flavor. It's tough to bite. It's fragrant. It's very flexible.

Step7:Take the rolled dumpling skin and put in some stuffing.
Step8:Hold your finger against the leather and knead it into the filling. Then knead it on the left and right. Keep repeating this action. When finishing, just squeeze hard.
Step9:Boil in the steamer. Steam the dumplings in the steamer for 10 minutes.
