I learned this dish from my friend. It's delicious. Do it often. Black fungus is the body's sweeper. Eat it often.
Step1:Soak the hair of Auricularia auricula (with warm water). Wash it. Coriander. Spicy millet.
Step2:Boil the water in the pot. Scald the fungus. Pull it out.
Step3:Pick small flowers that are easy to enter.
Step4:Chopped coriander, spicy millet, and fungus together. Add salt, chicken essence, garlic, maple syrup, vinegar, linseed oil and sesame oil and mix well.
Cooking tips:I use maple syrup instead of sugar. Linseed oil instead of salad oil. Health is more delicious. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
