One of my favorite dishes when I was a child. I was busy at work and didn't have much time to cook. I took a free time to cook at home.
Step1:Wash and drain the hairtai
Step2:Garlic, ginger, dried pepper, cut and put asid
Step3:Pan hot oi
Step4:Fry the hairtail until golden on both side
Step5:Stir fry ginger, garlic and chilli for a whil
Step6:Pour in a spoon of cooking win
Step7:Half a spoon or s
Step8:Half a scoop or so of laosha
Step9:Two spoons of sugar and one spoonful of chicken essence. Pour in boiling water to about the height of hairtail. When the water is about to dry, start cooking
Step10:Sprinkle with scallion and jacquard. The fragrant hairtail is finishe
Cooking tips:It's better to cook the hairtail in a non stick pot. Don't fry it too long when you fry it. Don't turn it over when you put it in the pot. When you feel it's almost done, fry the other side again. Don't fry the chili for too long after you put it down. Otherwise, you will have skills to make it black and delicious.
