Fish flavored shredded pork. It's named after fish flavoring. Fish flavored dishes are only available in recent decades. The originator was a Sichuan chef in the early years of the Republic of China. Step6:Add water, starch, soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine in a small bowl. Mix evenly and make seasoning without juice.
