Step1:Knead the inside and outside of the pork tripe with flour for several times. Soak and knead it with vinegar until the mucus on the surface of the tripe is washed clean. Step2:Remove the hen and cut into large pieces. Cool the underwater pot. Put in the rice wine. After the water is boiled, skim off the blood foam. Take out the chicken pieces
Step3:Make a pot of boiling water again. Put in sliced pork tripe and boiled chicken pieces. Put in job's tears at the same time (job's tears should be soaked in water in advance. It's ok if they don't soak). Put in 23 pieces of ginger and angelica. Cook for 4 hours. Put in a small amount of salt. Cook for another half an hour
