After following the recipe here, I got my own experience.
Step1:Wash a roll of vermicelli and put it in a bowl and soak it in wate
Step2:Wash the Flammulina velutipes and mung bean sprouts. Slice western red silk. Slice red pepper. Red millet hot cut. Slice garlic. Dice ginger. Slice the chives.
Step3:First, take out the fat cow roll from one roll in the box and put it into the empty bowl. Boil the water and pour all the fat rolls into the bowl. Blanch the water and drain it and put it back into the bowl.
Step4:Heat the oil in the pot until it is five ripe. Add onion, ginger and garlic, red millet and spicy, and stir fry with bean paste. (some scallion should be left in the last soup bowl
Step5:Put half a bowl of water into the pot with the bowl to be used for soup. Put in Flammulina mushroom, mung bean sprout, tomato and red pepper. Add chicken essence, sugar, pepper and vinegar.
Step6:Pour in the beef rolls. Wait a moment, then pour into the bowl. Sprinkle with scallion.
Cooking tips:1. It's better to take a roll out of the box and put it in a bowl for later use. Otherwise, after the rolls are frozen and glued together, I'm afraid that they can't be separated after being put into the pot or the whole piece of fat cattle will be broken into small pieces when they are separated. 2. Side dishes can be matched according to your taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
