Strong and mellow bean flavor. No matter how much you eat, you won't be greasy -)
Step1:Beat the tofu with the back of the knife. Squeeze out the water with gauze.
Step2:Put tofu paste, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into the basin. Stir while adding water.
Step3:After the dough is slightly formed, put it on the chopping board and rub it hard.
Step4:When it's almost kneaded, divide the dough into about 20 pieces.
Step5:Sprinkle the white sesame on the chopping board. Rub the dough into thin strips. Let it stick the white sesame. Then put it in the baking tray.
Step6:Bake for 18 minutes in a 200 degree oven.
Cooking tips:It's better to use black sesame. I only have white sesame in my family. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
