I don't know where it is. The most primitive way to stew ribs with lentils seems to be from the northeast. I've added sugar and pepper to it. Let's count it as my own taste.
Step1:Wash spareribs in hot water. Slice ginger. Slice shallot into large section
Step2:Spare ribs, raw ginger and scallion are put into the pot. The water is not put into the spare ribs. The fire is over. If there is foam, skim it off.
Step3:Turn it down and simmer for about half an hour. Don't let the pot dry.
Step4:When stewing spareribs over low heat, wash and cut the lentils and peppers. Heat for about half an hour. Put the peppers and lentils into the pot and heat the water before the lentils.
Step5:Add a spoonful of white sugar (iced sugar is better), and a spoonful of soy sauce. Turn the big fire to the small one.
Step6:Turn off the heat and start the pot when the soup is almost dry. Install the tray.
