Step1:Buy the pigskin and wash it. Then boil it with water and filter it once. Put the pigskin in the pot. Add the seasoning. Put a little salt. Pour a little pepper oil.
Step2:Then pour in the proper water. Start to add the fire and cover the pot and start to cook.
Step3:Boil it for about 20 minutes. Take the pigskin and wash it with cold water. Then scrape the excess fat and hair off the pigskin with a knife. (it's easier to scrape fat after cooking. But it can't be cooked too long. It's not easy to scrape if it's too cooked. It's easy to scrape the pigskin.
Step4:You can scrape off the excess fat of pig skin in the first step. Then add materials and cook it. This is my first time. I have no experience.
Step5:Put the cleaned pig skin into the pot again. Cook it for about half an hour. Wait until the pig skin is ripe, and then fish it out.
Step6:Clean the pigskin again.
Step7:Cut like this. I cut it wider. Let's see what I like

Step9:Put the pigskin on the seasoning.
Step10:Add pepper, salt and chicken essence.
Step11:Pour vinegar. Add some warm water. Soak the pigskin. (I didn't soak it in pickled pepper water, because I made it healthier. In fact, the final taste is similar. It's also great if there's spicy millet instead of dry peppers.)

Cooking tips:For the first time, I am satisfied. After eating, prepare to do it again. It will be more perfect. I also fried a plate of pigskin with dried beans. It's delicious, but it's greasy. It's better to soak the pigskin. (be sure to scrape the fat off the pigskin) there are skills for making delicious dishes.
