I mentioned before. Warm heart likes noodles very much. I like the dry and stir fried soup. But she will be tired of eating the same dish for two times. So I have a lot of noodles with various shapes and tastes in my family. I have also developed a lot of cooking methods. Later, I will share some recipes for making pasta, as well as some techniques for cutting noodles.
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Peel eggplant, cucumber and tomato. My tomato is soft. You can peel it directly. If it's not easy to peel, you can use hot water first.
Step2:Dice the pork. Stir in chopped green onion, baby soy sauce, ginger slices and 2G starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step3:Dice the cucumber, eggplant and tomato respectively.
Step4:Because my noodles are very resistant to cooking, I'll save time in the noodle pot first. If your noodles cook well, don't cook them too early.
Step5:Pour some oil into the pot. Stir fry the minced meat until it changes color (ginger slices should be picked out first
Step6:Stir fry the eggplant and tomato until soft and juicy. Add some hot water and boil.
Step7:Mix the remaining 2 grams of starch into 28 grams of cold water (not so precise here. Mothers can do it according to their own experience). Mix it evenly to become water starch. Pour the water starch into the pot. Stir until the soup is thick. Add some seasoning according to the taste. Ketchup is ready.
Step8:Drain the water from the cooked noodles. Put cucumber shreds on the top (cucumber shreds can increase the crispness of the taste. It's ok if you don't put them on). Pour on the meat sauce. Mix well and then you can eat it.
