My hobby. A cold dish I like very much in hot days I haven't updated the menu for a long time. Today, I'd like to share my home version of cold mixed preserved eggs with bean jelly.
Step1:Prepare the main ingredients needed - preserved egg, cucumber, tofu, spicy millet, garlic, ginger.
Step2:Remove the shell of the preserved egg. Divide it into four parts and put it in a circle along the plate. Try to reserve space in the middle for placing cucumber and tofu.
Step3:Slice the whole cucumber. The quantity depends on the size of the plate.
Step4:Roll up the cucumber slices by 2 / 3. Leave 1 / 3 of the cucumber slices to the middle of the plate.
Step5:Cut tofu into small cubes. Boil in boiling water for three minutes, remove and control the water.
Step6:Put the tofu in the middle of the plate after cooking. Stack it properly. Don't cover the cucumber.
Step7:Pepper, garlic, ginger, clean and spare.
Step8:Cut pepper, garlic and ginger into pieces. Put salt and chicken essence into it, and you don't need too much seasoning. If you like to taste sour, you can put some vinegar into it.
Step9:Pour the hot oil into the pepper, put in the raw sauce and mix well. If you want something sour, you can put some vinegar properly.
Step10:Spoon the prepared pepper evenly over the preserved eggs, cucumbers and tofu. Beat with rice and enjoy the delicious food.
Cooking tips:1. Try to put the preserved egg out as much as possible, so you can have a lot of space to put cucumber and tofu. 2. The seasoning should not be added too much salt and time, because raw soy sauce is also salty. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
