Mom gave Kwai bamboo shoots to her parents. They are used to make spring braised bamboo shoot. This is a simple, quick and delicious dish. -
Step1:Shell bamboo shoots. Wash.
Step2:Cut the bamboo shoots.
Step3:Put water in the pot. Boil it. Pour in the chopped bamboo shoots and blanch them.
Step4:Take out the hot bamboo shoots. Supercooled water. Then drain them.
Step5:Put a proper amount of oil in the pot. Turn the sugar on low heat until it melts.
Step6:Stir fry the bamboo shoots.
Step7:Add the old style.
Step8:Add salt, stir fry and season.
Step9:Add in the onion and stir fry.
Step10:Out of the pot.
Cooking tips:1. The purpose of scalding bamboo shoots is to remove astringency. 2. I use the Chinese spoon for seasoning. The taste can be added according to my own preference. The braised bamboo shoots of my help are only delicious with thick oil and red sauce. 3. Adding salt is for better freshness. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
