Step1:Drop 2 drops of sesame oil and a few drops of cold water into the small bowl. After the oil and water are mixed, wet the whole bowl in a circle. Put two eggs into the bowl and stir them up. Then soak the silver carp and a proper amount of warm water and a little salt. Mix them well together. Put them into the rice cooker. Steam the eggs while cooking.
Step2:When the rice is cooked, it's OK to steam the eggs with whitebait. Drop a little soy sauce on the custard according to your taste.
