Step1:Wash the lean meat slices. Add some peanut oil, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and raw powder. Marinate well.
Step2:Wash the rice and put it into the stew. Add lean meat and ginger slices.
Step3:Add water. Control yourself. Close the lid. Set to cook porridge for an hour.
Step4:Cut the eggs and prepare them.
Step5:Cut the shallots.
Step6:In the remaining 30 minutes, open the lid and cook the preserved eggs and onions. Close the lid and continue cooking the porridge.
