Hot and sour noodles are my favorite pasta. It's hot in summer. I have to serve a bowl every three to five. It's super hot and sour. It's delicious and strong noodles. Cooking tips:Peanuts should be washed with clear water in advance, and then dried. When frying peanuts, cold oil should be used. Peanuts should be directly dropped. Otherwise, it is easy to fry and paste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
