Step1:When the butter has softened, add sugar and whisk with the whisk.
Step2:Add three yolks in several times. Beat well. Always wait until the yolk and butter are well blended before adding the next yolk.
Step3:Sift the low gluten flour and pour it into the butter.
Step4:Pour in the chopped cranberries and mix well to form a uniform dough.
Step5:Shape the dough into a rectangle about 6cm wide and 4cm high by hand. Wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until hard (about 1 hour).
Step6:Cut the frozen oblong dough into 0.7cm thick slices with a knife. Cut and drain into the baking tray. Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid.
Step7:Put the baking tray in the preheated oven. Heat it up and down for 175 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden.
