Today, I use my classmates' favorite sea moss sandwich. I spread some rice germ, vegetables, and iron filled beef shreds. I roll them together. A simple rice ball turns into a small and lovely sea moss roll.
Step1:Prepare ingredients - 50 grams of rice germ congee, 20 grams of cucumber, 15 grams of carrot, 5 grams of shredded beef and some amount of seaweed.
Step2:First, wash the rice gruel with germ twice. Put the rice and water into the steamer according to the ratio of 1-1.2 and steam it.
Step3:Rice porridge after steaming. Open the lid of the pot. You can smell the rice.
Step4:The steam rice is empty. You can deal with the side dishes first. Peel the carrots and cucumbers and cut them into small dices.
Step5:Then pour the cucumber into the pot and stir fry it.
Step6:Then pour the steamed rice into the pot. Press it loose and stir evenly.
Step7:Finally, put the shredded beef in the pot.
Step8:Stir evenly. Stir fry all the ingredients. You can get out of the pot
Step9:Take a piece of seaweed. Scoop out some rice. Flatten it with a spoon. Spread it out.
Step10:Then roll up the seaweed. It's done
Step11:The small and lovely seaweed roll is finished. When you eat it, the fresh smell of seaweed matches the smell of shredded beef. The more you chew, the more fragrant it is. One bite at a time is enough for your baby. It can not only exercise your baby's grasping ability, but also the baby's chewing ability
Cooking tips:1 - when we cook rice for our baby, we can have more water. The steamed rice is softer and glutinous. It's easy for the baby to chew when eating it. ~ 2 - because the sea moss I use is smaller, so when I put rice, I don't put a lot of it. It's smaller. Let the baby eat it by hand. It's lovely and delicious.
