Pickled peppers and chicken feet appetizer food. I often buy them when I go out to play basketball and play sports. But I can't pass the news. So I decided to make my own appetizer pickled peppers and chicken feet.
Step1:Wash the chicken feet. Remove nails. Cut small piece
Step2:Boil water. Pour in the chicken feet that have just been washed and cut. Soak for 1 minute
Step3:Clear dry water. To be use
Step4:Pour proper amount of water into the pot. Pour ginger, garlic, star anise, dates, medlar and other ingredients into the pot to boil. Then pour chicken feet, cooking wine and boil for 1015 minutes together
Step5:Take the chicken feet, supercooled water, drain, cool and set aside
Step6:Make sure there is no water in the sealed glass tank which is ready to be cleaned
Step7:Cool the chicken feet in a sealed jar. Then put in pickled peppers and water. Then put in some salt. The pickled peppers must be covered with water. Put the feet in the refrigerator with a sealed lid
Step8:You can eat it in 24 hours. Put it in the refrigerator. Anytime.
Cooking tips:1. The cooked chicken feet must pass through a cold water; 2. The pickled pepper water must cover the chicken feet. If the water is not enough, you can add boiling water to cool it; 3. Put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it at any time. It won't be bad; there are skills in making delicious dishes.
