It's hot summer. After supper, I'll drink beer on my balcony, talk about life, enjoy the moon and have some cold dishes. HMM. not bad. Ha ha. -
Step1:Clean the gizzards.
Step2:Blanch the gizzard first, then take it out and pour out the water.
Step3:Prepare the marinade, dried pepper, prickly ash, cinnamon, Xiangye, star anise, fennel and ginger (PAT flat).
Step4:In the picture above, except ginger, all the others are put into the brine bag and wrapped.
Step5:Put some sunflower seed olive oil, ginger, Goose Gizzard, cooking wine and stir fry for several times. Then put 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 thick old soy sauce, 1 thick salt and 6 pieces of rock sugar and stir fry for several times.
Step6:Add a large bowl of water and boil.
Step7:Pour in the casserole. Boil first, then medium heat. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step8:Take out the gizzards and cool them. Cut them into pieces.
Step9:Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, garlic (chopped), chili powder in the pot, and bring out the fragrance.
Step10:Pour Figure 9 into figure 8, chop the coriander, sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds, and stir well.
Step11:Set the plate and you can have the beer.
Cooking tips:More people can put more gizzards. The seasoning should be increased properly. My serving is just right for two people. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
