Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:The whitebait bubbles its hair in advance. Chop the shallots. Put them with the eggs.

2. 

   Step2:Add salt and pepper. Stir well.

3. 

   Step3:In a non stick pot, add some oil and heat. Put in the ingredients. Fry slowly over medium low heat.

4. 

   Step4:Fry until it shakes.

5. 

   Step5:The pan is turned over. I've missed this one a little bit. It's broken

6. 

   Step6:Pan fry until golden on both sides.
