Seafood has always been my favorite dish. Fried clams can be served with rice and wine. You can have a midnight snack at night. Simple and delicious.

Step2:Pour in some oil in the hot pot. When the oil is hot, put in the chili powder, garlic powder, ginger and perilla. Stir fry the clams. Put a spoonful of cooking wine to make the lid stuffy.
Step3:Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and chicken essence. Finally, stir fry the cilantro for several times to make the pot.
Cooking tips:After the clam is bought, soak it in clear water to spit out the sand. Then pour out the water and put a tablespoon of salt and two spoons of cooking wine to wash it continuously. Then wash it with clear water for use. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
