Step1:Wash the spareribs and put them into a pressure cooker. Add some water, cooking wine, ginger and scallion. Cover. Heat for four or five minutes. Turn off the heat.
Step2:Drain the spareribs. Pour in the oil pan and stir fry.
Step3:Add one spoon of cooking wine, two spoons of soy sauce, three spoons of sugar and four spoons of vinegar in turn. Add some water, cook for ten minutes and turn off the heat.
Step4:Sprinkle with Scallion after the juice is collected in a big fire. Just dish.
