Step16:Add cooking wine, 1.5 teaspoon Douban sauce, raw soy sauce, stir fry with a little salt. Douban sauce is salty.
Step17:Put in the water. Crab shell. Heat up. Turn to medium fire.
Step18:When the soup is almost dry, put in the octopus, onion leaves, sugar, chicken essence and pepper.
Step19:Sprinkle a little white sesame into the pot.
