When the golden autumn comes, the most charming picnic season of the year is just around the corner. Down to earth, we introduced a lot of simple Kwai Fu dishes that are suitable for outdoor use. Today we share a very popular porridge. This is a traditional Korean food. It's similar to sushi hand roll. But it's simpler and more popular. Ingredients are at your fingertips. Canned tuna, beef rolls, pickles, ham, eggs, cucumbers It's just what you didn't expect. There's no one you included. It's delicious one at a time. It's great for a picnic.
Step1:Treatment of basic materials: blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds. Cool it. Drain the water, add sesame oil, salt and cooked white sesame, mix well. Stir fry the cut carrot in the oil pan until it is broken. Spread the egg liquid into thick omelet. Cut into strips. Cut the fried ham, pickled radish and cucumber without the pulp into strip
Step2:To deal with the main ingredients, you can choose one of the following four ingredients - canned tuna to drain the water. Add salad dressing and white pepper to taste. Fry the fat beef rolls marinated with soy sauce, salt, sugar and garlic mud. Cut the hot cabbage with the water squeezed into strips. Cut the cheese slices into strips
Step3:Package - stir rice vinegar, salt and sesame oil evenly while rice is warm
Step4:Take a bamboo curtain and put a piece of laver on it. Spread the rice evenly. Leave a gap of about 2cm at the end. Then spread the side dishes on the third part of the rice. When rolling, make sure to press hard and push forward at the same time, so as not to loosen
Step5:Finally, brush sesame oil or clean water on the closing part to help bonding. Finally, brush another layer of sesame oil on the top. Sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds and cut them into one bite.
