I didn't want to do a tutorial, so I didn't take all the photos. But there were too many people. I just wrote one. In fact, it's OK not to take photos. Because it's too simple. It's out in one pot. Even rice and vegetables are available.
Step1:Make hard dough with flour. Let stand for an hour. Press it into a wide piece. Then cut it into a wide piece.
Step2:Put flour on the noodles to prevent sticking. Boil a pot of water. Bring it to the bottom. Then bring out the noodles. Don't boil them.
Step3:It doesn't matter how big the shrimp is. I cut it this time. It's better not to cut it. Pick up the beans. Cut them into pieces. Stir fry them with water. There's no picture for beans. I'll make it up later.
Step4:It's OK to cut pork into slices and shreds. Mix it with wine and sesame oil.
Step5:Start the pot. Pour the oil. Stir fry the pork and shrimp. Stir fry the color. Stir fry the potatoes. Pour in the noodles and beans. Pour in the soy sauce. Sprinkle some salt. Add a bowl of water.
Step6:Simmer for a while. Turn it over in the middle. Don't paste the pot. When it's cooked, it's served. Put vinegar and chili oil as you like.
Cooking tips:1. The noodles I pressed are thick. I'm afraid they're not ripe. I blanched them in advance. It's very ripe. And it's not sticky when it's stuffy. It's very smooth. 2. When eating, it will be delicious to mix vinegar and chili oil. So stewed noodles should not be too salty, because vinegar is salty. Don't take too much salt. 3. If you buy noodles, you can make them by yourself. It's more convenient to buy them. But I think the fresh noodles sold outside contain preservatives, because they won't go bad for a day. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
