Use whatever vegetables you like. I've had this salad for two dinners in a row. Healthy, delicious and satisfying. I don't even need salad dressing, because there are vegetables in it, and the ingredients are salty, sour, sweet and the juicy taste of chicken. This recipe is for two. -

Step8:Put the chicken on the top. Sprinkle the chopped black and green olives on the side. Sprinkle with your favorite salad dressing. Actually, I don't add salad dressing, because it's delicious enough. The smell of chicken, the saltiness of olive, the slight acidity of tomato, the sweetness of carrot. The taste is rich and delicious. It's healthier without salad dressing. If you must like salad dressing, it is recommended to use Italian salad dressing.
