Step1:Prepare a section of white radish about 10cm long. Peel it and clean it. Then use a knife to cut it into thin and uniform rectangular pieces. When cutting, cut it as thin as possible. Then put it into a bowl. Add some salt. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Step2:After the white radish is pickled, rinse it with water. Then boil the water in the pot. Put the boiled water into the white radish and blanch it for about 20 seconds. Then rinse it with cold water again.
Step3:Prepare the prawns to be peeled and peeled. Chop them into prawns with a knife. Then put them into a bowl. Similarly, the corn leaves are slightly chopped with a knife and put into a bowl. Cut carrots into diced carrots. Cut shallots into scallions. Put them all into a bowl. Set aside.
Step4:Add 1 tablespoon of cooked oil, 1 tablespoon of starch, a proper amount of white pepper and a proper amount of salt. Mix well. Then the filling is ready.
Step5:Use chopsticks to take a small amount of stuffing. Put it on one end of the white radish slice. Then roll it up. Do not put too much stuffing each time. Otherwise, the white radish slice will not stick together easily.
Step6:After rolling all the radish rolls, place them in the plate in turn. If there is any filling left, put them in the plate together to avoid waste.
Step7:Put the radish roll into the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
