Step1:Clean the prawns with water. Remove the lines. Put in a little oil. Use a small fire to dry the excess water of prawns.
Step2:Start the pot again. Add twice as much oil, ginger and onion as usual. Put in prawns. Over prawn oil. Don't over heat.
Step3:Add a little cooking wine, raw soy sauce, white vinegar and sugar in turn. Stir fry until the soup is thick and the shrimp is colored. Then you can make it out of the pot. A little parsle
