Step1:I picked a quick bass in the supermarket and asked for some ice to take it home quickly. The bought bass has been descaled to remove gills and internal organs. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes without removing the lid. As shown in the picture, it looks like after the stew. There is not much water in the plate. Pour out the water in the plate.
Step3:Put a small plate of steamed fish and soy sauce into the steamer just now and warm it. At the same time, stir fry onion, ginger, garlic, anise, dried pepper and so on. If there is any pepper, it's better. Stir fry until the fragrance comes out.
Step4:Pour the hot oil over the fish.
Step5:Finally, pour the warm steamed fish and soy sauce onto the fish. It's done.
Cooking tips:The cover of that steel steamer is easy to drip steam onto the vegetables. So I wrapped it with many layers of cotton cloth. The effect is very good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
