Step1:Prepare the ingredients for cooking - 380g tofu, 150g meat filling, half carrot, 1 pepper, 1 egg, 20g shallot, 10g ginger.
Step2:Cut the tofu into pieces about 3cm thick, 4cm long and 3cm wide.

Step6:Put the tofu into the meat stuffing. Add the chopped green onion and ginger, 1 egg, 2G salt, 3ml raw soy sauce, 5ml cooking wine, 2G sesame oil and 1g thirteen spices. Stir well in one direction. Dice carrots and peppers.
Step7:Fill the tofu box with meat stuffing. Then cover the box. Stack the tofu box with meat stuffing neatly on the plate.
Step8:Add some water to the steamer and bring to a boil. Steam and put the plate with tofu box into the steamer. Steam for 20 minutes.
Step9:Heat the pan until the palm is hot. Pour 10ml peanut oil into the pan. Heat the oil and stir fry the chopped green onion. Add the chopped carrot and pepper.
Step10:Add 10ml of raw soy sauce, 3ml of sesame oil and 1g of white granulated sugar. Pour in the prepared water starch. Bring to a boil.
Step11:Take out the steamed tofu box.
Step12:Drain the excess juice. Put it into the plate.
Step13:Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu box.
Cooking tips:1. Try to be careful when cutting tofu. Do not damage the shape of tofu. Otherwise, it will affect the beauty of dishes. 2. The meat stuffing in tofu box doesn't need to be stuffed too full. Because the meat stuffing will expand after steaming. If it's stuffed too full, the lid of the box will be opened. 3. Pour a little sesame oil into the sauce. It will taste better. 4. If you think it's too much trouble to make tofu box, you can also choose oil tofu directly.
