Step1:1 clean the herring. Remove the head of the herring. Cut the flower knife on both sides. Wipe with salt and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step2:2 cut the scallion, ginger and garlic. Cut the dried chilli. Cut the cilantro into sections for use.
Step3:3. Heat the oil in a hot pot and fry the herring at 70% of the temperature.
Step4:4. Fry over medium heat until both sides are golden.
Step5:5 pots of oil. Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise and dry pepper to stir fry the flavor.
Step6:6 put in the herring. Add in the soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, stir fry evenly. Add some water and heat to boil.
Step7:Turn the heat for 15 minutes and add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
Step8:Take the juice over high fire. Sprinkle it with cilantro and it will be out of the pot
