Step1:Prepare the ingredients. Boil a pot of hot water for standby. Slice ginger and garlic. Wash and cut the brisket into 3cm pieces. Soak the brisket for 10 minutes in advance to remove the blood. Wash it several times until there is no blood.
Step2:Put the sirloin in cold water. Add some ginger and blanch.
Step3:When the pot is boiling, cut the potatoes, tomatoes (divide the tomatoes into 2 parts and 1 part), carrots and onions.

Step10:Pour in the boiled beef brisket and continue to stir fry.
Step11:Stir fry well and pour in 10g raw and 5g old soy sauce. Add another bowl of hot water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step12:Then pour the beef brisket and soup into the electric pressure cooker and choose the beef and sheep mode. It's about 45 minutes in total.
Step13:With 25 minutes to go, pour in the potatoes and carrots and stew.
Step14:With 10 minutes left, pour in the remaining tomato and continue to stew until the end.
Step15:Before leaving the pot, add some salt. A bowl of tomato stewed beef brisket will be ready.
