There are several kinds of cumin mutton. This is a simple way for my family.
Step1:Cut the lamb into small pieces. Add cumin powder, chili powder and pepper powder. One spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of raw soy sauce and one egg white and stir well. Add two tablespoons of starch. Continue mixing. Marinate for ten minutes.
Step2:Put the seasoning in the bowl for later use.
Step3:Wash and spread the cilantro on the bottom of the plate for later use.
Step4:Put oil in the pot. Heat mutton 60% of the oil. Fry it until it's ripe and serve.
Step5:Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot. Put in the onion, ginger, oil consumption, stir fry the flavor. Put in the mutton and stir fry. Pour in the seasoning (salt, chili powder, cumin grain, cumin powder, white sesame) as shown in Figure 2 and continue to stir fry. You can get out of the pot.
Step6:Serve it in the prepared coriander dish. The fragrant cumin mutton is ready.
Cooking tips:If you want to eat cumin mutton with banana, you'll have to worry about it. You need to fry mutton with flour. If the oil is 60% hot, you can't make sure. Put the bamboo chopsticks into the oil to test the temperature. As long as there are oil bubbles near the bamboo chopsticks, put the mutton. Remember that the meat doesn't fry for too long. Otherwise, you can't bite. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
