Simple and fast. Delicious.
Step1:Wash the bass. Slash it on both sides. It's tasty. Put salt on both sides. Inside the belly. Inside the fish head. Then put cooking wine on both sides and belly of fish. Marinate for more than half an hour.
Step2:Slice ginger. Slice scallion and put it on the plate. Ginger and scallion are also put in the belly of the fish.
Step3:Steam the fish and soy sauce. Drain the oil. Put the raw sauce in a bowl. Stir well.
Step4:When the water boils, put the fish into the steamer. Steam for eight minutes in medium high heat. Take out the water from the plate and pour it out. Then pour the mixture of steamed fish and soy sauce on the fish. Steam in the steamer for another eight minutes.
Step5:Turn off the fire. Keep it for three minutes. Sprinkle with green onion and coriander. Just fine. I like the light one so I didn't pour hot oil.
Cooking tips:1. Steam for eight minutes and pour out the water on the plate because the water is fishy. After pouring out, the fish will taste better. 2. Finally, heat the oil and pour it on the fish. I don't like being greasy, so I just saved this step. 3. Everyone tastes salty and light, so salt increases or decreases according to their own taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
