Cooking tips:One fish makes two dishes. Before you start, you should plan your time first. Is steamed fish served first or steamed fish and fish soup out of the pot at the same time. This is not a waste of fish bones. The bones of crucian, black and bass can be used. If you buy a large fish, you can't eat it all at once. When you deal with the fish, shave the bones of the fish.
