Step5:Put the batter evenly stirred at a height of 20cm from the mold. Pour it into the 8-inch movable bottom mold. This way, some bubbles can be eliminated by pouring the batter at a certain height. Finally, hold the mold for two times to discharge bubbles. If there are bubbles on the surface, you can use a toothpick to draw them.
Step6:Preheat the oven well in advance when it is heated up and down for 110 degrees. Put it into the middle of the oven for 110 degrees and bake it now for 25 minutes. Turn it up and down for 150 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes. When it is out of the oven, immediately control the mold twice. Put the mold back on the drying net, or put the mold back on other molds of the same caliber. In this way, put the mold back to air the cool egg cake, which can prevent the cake from collapsing. I am freehand demoulding, which is very simple. When it's cool, press the top of the cake lightly with your hand. Peel off the sides of the cake and the mold to separate the cake from the mold. Then hold the bottom of the mold with your hand and push it upward. The shell of the mold is separated. Hold the mold bottom and gently open the bottom of the cake with your hand. Slowly separate the cake and the mold bottom.
