Step1:Cut or break the cauliflower into small pieces, add baking soda or salt, pour it into water and soak it. Remove the pesticides and insects.
Step2:Slice the bacon. Pat the whole garlic with the back of the knife. Cut the ginger, garlic and millet peppers for standby.
Step3:Stir fry the cauliflower with oil under the hot pot. Today it is stir fried in a dry way to keep the cauliflower crisp and cooked.
Step4:Stir fry for a while. When the pot is dry, take a small cover and pour cold water around the edge of the pot. This is to make the temperature in the pot drop down and continue to stir fry. Repeat the stir fry for three times.
Step5:In about 5 minutes, the root of cauliflower will turn green or smell the fragrance of cauliflower. Take it out for standby.
Step6:Stir fry bacon in oil under another pot. Stir the oil.
Step7:The sauce in the dry pot (the old Ganma and spicy Douchi can be used instead of the local ones that are not sold) garlic and ginger are fragrant.
Step8:Stir fry the cauliflower. Add in the soy sauce, chicken essence and sugar. Stir evenly. No need to add salt. Bacon, griddle sauce and soy sauce are all salty.
Step9:Before leaving the pot, add garlic sprouts, parsley and millet peppers. Drop in pepper oil.
