Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Get all the materials ready.

2. 

   Step2:The streaky pork is washed, peeled and sliced.

3. 

   Step3:Green and red peppers, small onions, dry peppers, wash and slice.

4. 

   Step4:Boil the water in the pot. Put in the washed tea tree mushroom after the water is boiled. Blanch until the water is slightly rolling. Take out and drain the water for standby.

5. 

   Step5:Heat the pot. Heat the oil and put in some small onion slices, green and red pepper and dry and spicy. Stir fry and add the cut pork slices.

6. 

   Step6:Stir fry the oil and shovel it out for standby.
