Fresh mushroom. With crispy chicken pieces. Full soup. With rice. The child has an addiction.
Step1:Select the fresh mushrooms and remove them. Wash them and cut into pieces.
Step2:Dice the pepper.
Step3:Chop the fresh chicken legs. Cool the pot. Add wine. Blanch with a little salt. Turn off the fire when you start the pot and remove the foam. Prevent the meat from getting too old.
Step4:Heat the wok with oil. Stir in onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper and pepper.
