This fish eggplant is a favorite dish for my daughter. There are no pickled peppers and peppers. Only Pixian Douban sauce is used. It's super delicious no matter whether it's for dinner or for noodles.

Cooking tips:1. Chop the bean paste with a knife. It's easier to stir fry it. 2.6% oil temperature is about putting chopsticks in. There will be a lot of small bubbles on the head of chopsticks. 3. If you have lard at home, you can put some lard. It will make the dish more delicious. 4. In order to save time, I mixed the water starch with the sugar vinegar juice in advance. You can also add the water starch when collecting the juice. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
